CABELIN STAFF The Membership and Premium Accounts Department is composed of   eleven (11) hardworking and empowered personnel, performing as   one of the PPSTA's Service Team whose primary functions are: 1. To process Mutual Aid System (MAS) 65 and Mutual Retirement          Benefit (MRBS) Plus membership applications of new applicants.     2. To ensure and maintain the active membership status of members          paying under DepEd's Regional Payroll Service Unit (RPSU) and Local          Payrolls, along with the direct paying members.
